The challenge
Day-job seekers and employers couldn't find each other quickly — the process depended on middlemen.
Matching for one-day gigs had to work near real time, profiles had to be verified, and the service convenient for both sides.
The solution
Built a web+mobile platform with fast matching, verified profiles and ratings.
We implemented worker/employer profiles, 1-day gigs and permanent jobs, verified profiles, fast matching, direct hiring, a ratings/reviews system and waitlist registration. The mobile version is built with React Native.
