The challenge
Carrier communication and statuses lived in email and phone calls — tracking the process was hard.
Carriers had to be coordinated across many shipments, statuses kept up to date, and the process managed without phone calls.
The solution
Built a unified carrier portal with role-based access control (RBAC).
We built carrier access, shipment workflow support, order/status management and process automation modules. Each role sees only the data within its authority.
